- Hi Jon,
- Just went thru' this myself. Go to USR (BBS) and look in
- section 7 I think under "Files". You'll find an inf. for your
- modem. Follow the inst. and Win95 will detect and install the
- correct modem. If your like me, you'll still get nothing.
- That's because there's no sound. You have to add M1L1 to
- to your "add init string" (whatever it's called) under
- "advanced"in your "modem" in "control panel". If your like
- me, you'll now have a dailtone, no dailing tones,then ringing
- or busy signal, and then the handshake.
